1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bold&Broke website hosted on Shopify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Modification of the Prices

Bold&Broke reserves the right to modify the prices of the products without notice at any time.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any product information.

4. Prepay + Cash on Delivery (Pre-COD) Policy

a. Order Confirmation: When placing an order using the Cash on Delivery method, customers will receive a confirmation call. If the call is not answered and the order is not confirmed, the order will be cancelled and will not be shipped. Additionally, once confirmed, PreCOD orders cannot be cancelled.

b. Confirmation Follow-up: For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must confirm their order via a follow-up call or email within 24 hours. Failure to confirm within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the order. Furthermore, once confirmed, PreCOD orders are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. By confirming your purchase, you agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimated and may vary. BOLD&BROKE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Please refer to our Return Policy for information about returns, refunds and cancellations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BOLD&BROKE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India. Our trademarks and products may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BOLD&BROKE.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BOLD&BROKE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, service providers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (vi) any third party conduct or content on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
